Cancellation Policy

Please note we do have a strict cancellation policy; we do not like charging people for missed appointments, however in order to take care of as many people as we can and respect our practitioners schedules we ask for 48 hours notice if an appointment needs to be rescheduled or canceled.

If less than 24 hours notice is given, there will be a late cancellation fee. The first late cancellation or missed appointment is 50% of the appointment fee and subsequent cancellations the full appointment fee will be forfeited. We do understand emergencies happen and will work with you to reschedule.

We recognize that some things are beyond our control and unexpected events can occur. To help us accommodate others, please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This policy applies to all cancellations, regardless of the reason, and to all booking methods.

The WOMB requires a credit card to hold the appointment time and enforce our cancellation policy, only when absolutely necessary. You are welcome to use it as your method of payment after your appointment but can also use any method of payment at our POS terminal when you are here in person.
